Payment & Shipping

SingleTact has several warehouses and shipping locations. As such our shipping methods and cost vary depending on the locally available service and the warehouse the order is dispatched from.

Shipping Options

North & South America

  • orders will be primarily dispatched from Medical Tactile, Inc., LA, USA

  • within the USA, the order will be sent via FedEx, either as a Ground delivery or Airmail

  • for all other locations an international express courier will be used

  • tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched

UK, Europe, Middle East and Australasia

  • orders will be primarily dispatched from PPS UK Limited, Glasgow, UK

  • within the UK, the order will be sent via Royal Mail or with an express courier depending on the order value

  • for all other locations an international tracked service or a courier will be used

  • tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched

Asia

  • orders will be primarily dispatched from MTS Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea

  • EMS is being used as the primary shipping option

  • tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched

  • for orders within China, please scan the QR code and purchase via the App

Prices for the above services are subject to regular update.

Please note, that if the dedicated warehouse is unable to supply the item you have purchased, the order might be sent from an alternative location.

No extra postage will be charged, however the delivery times may vary from the one mentioned at Checkout.

Payment Options

SingleTact website currently accepts payments either via PayPal or directly with a bank card using the Stripe payment system.

We do not accept purchase orders or bank transfers for orders below £5000 / $5000. An administration fee apply. Please contact us for details.

VAT & Customs Charges

USA & UK Customers

SingleTact is registered for VAT both in the USA and the UK. As such, all customers with shipping location in these two countries will be liable to pay appropriate VAT at the point of sale. A VAT invoice will be generated once order is confirmed. If you require a copy of your VAT invoice, please contact us.

Canada, EU and Customers In Other Locations

If you are located outside the United States or not in the United Kingdom, you will be required to pay VAT and/or customs fees upon delivery. The delivery company will notify you using the email address or phone number provided. We also advise you to follow the tracking details to ensure that you don’t miss any deadlines for this payment.

SingleTact is not responsible for these charges and we will not falsify customs documents to influence the level of these charges. Please check your government’s website for details before you place your order.

If you fail to pay these charges and the order is returned to us, we can proceed in the following ways:

  • re-send the order for you, subject to additional postage paid

  • cancel & re-fund the order. Value of the content will be refunded only. Any fees associated with returning the order to us maybe deducted from the refunded amount. Postage cost will not be refunded since we have attempted delivery.
